I had the awesome opportunity of shooting with Megan of Megan McGee Photo earlier this year. Megan and her husband live in Tennessee but they had a wedding here in Virginia so she reached out to me to be her second shooter! After emails and phone calls I finally got to meet up with Megan and Sean a couple days before the wedding. They met me here in Richmond and we ate lunch at Legend Brewery on the patio overlooking the city while we got to know one another and chat photography and business. Then we wanted to have some fun and take portraits of one another! I started off with Megan and Sean and then took some head shots of Megan. Then it was my turn and Megan took some head shots of me! I love them…my favorite is my Facebook profile picture right now! Thanks Megan! This year I’ve really enjoyed meeting and getting to work with other photographers and I’ve loved getting to know photographers like Megan who live outside of Virginia!
